In response to the ice and snow weather, the relevant departments of Heihe City launched an emergency plan to mobilize personnel and snow-clearing equipment to ensure the normal production and life of the masses under extreme weather.

  On duty post on Huancheng South Road in Heihe City, traffic police are directing traffic. There are 70 groups of police forces in the urban area to ensure traffic safety at peak posts, school guard posts and major intersections, and escort citizens for safe travel.
