At 12:05 on April 7, a forest fire broke out in Nancuo Village, Haikou Town, Fuqing City, Fujian Province.

The Fujian Provincial Forest Fire Brigade dispatched 164 officers and soldiers to fight the fire.

  According to fire investigation, the fire site has an area of ​​about 50 acres, consisting of two fire lines from east to west, each about 700 meters long. It is dominated by medium-intensity uphill fires. The vegetation is dominated by mixed forests of thatch and eucalyptus. The altitude is about 520 meters and the southeast wind is 3 -level 4.

Firefighters used conventional fire extinguishing equipment and water pumps to extinguish the fire from the east and west sides of the fire site to fight the mountain fire.

  At 23:20, all the open flames were extinguished. The cause of the fire was preliminarily determined to be caused by the villagers' grave sweeping. There were no casualties at the scene.
