The helicopter "Inguente" takes a "selfie" on Mars

The US space agency "NASA" has published a "selfie" taken by its probe, Perseverance, via the miniature helicopter "Inguenti" on Mars.

And the NASA rover used its robotic arm to capture the image, which was in fact compiled together from 62 individual snapshots.

In the foreground, "Innuente" can be seen from about 4 meters away.

The helicopter, which weighs about 1.8 kg, is scheduled to make its first flight on the Red Planet in the coming days.

It is expected to reach a height of about 3 meters on its first test flight, and then hover in place for 30 seconds before returning to land on Mars.

It will be the first flight of a plane on another planet.

It is expected that the "Innuente", equipped with lithium batteries, will take several other test trips for about a month.
