China News Service, April 9th. The People's Government of Chicheng County, Hebei Province issued a notice on its official website on the 9th, saying that on April 7th, Anchen Security Blasting Service Co., Ltd. of Chicheng County destroyed civilian explosives and accidentally exploded.
After the accident, provincial and municipal leaders and persons in charge of relevant departments rushed to the scene to organize rescue and disposal, and the emergency management department and the Ministry of Public Security working groups gave on-site guidance.
On the evening of April 8, the on-site search and rescue ended and it was confirmed that 9 missing persons were killed.
The treatment of the wounded, the investigation of the accident and the aftermath treatment are proceeding in an orderly manner.
