For this reason, all lines of the Keihin Tohoku Line and the Yamanote Line were suspended for more than 30 minutes, affecting about 80,000 people.



According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, the man was in his thirties, drunk and walked on the railroad tracks toward Hamamatsucho, protected by station staff, and then handed over to a police officer.



The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the detailed situation, saying that the man said, "I wanted to part with her and die" in response to any investigation.
