Where is the truth of the day?

On the 8th, SBS'Tale of the Day with a Tail Biting a Tail Season 2'(hereinafter referred to as'Kokkomu 2') highlighted the '8.15 sniper incident'.

In the broadcast that day, actors Soo-jin Soo-jin, Jung-woo, and model Joo-jae were invited as story friends and focused on the stories of the storytellers.

The story began on August 15, 1974, on Liberation Day. Jang Bong-hwa, an 18-year-old high school girl, couldn't hide her regrets after oversleeping. Bonghwa, who will be attending as a member of the choir at the Liberation Day celebration that is broadcast live on TV, wanted to sit in the front seat of the event, which is designated on a first-come, first-served basis.

At the same time, in a hotel in Seoul, a man named Yoshi looked closely at a transistor radio taken out of the trunk. Then he took out a pistol from inside, loaded five bullets, and hid it in his waist, leaving the cabin.

At 8:40 a.m., Bonghwa, who arrived at the National Theater in Jangchung-dong, where the Liberation Day celebration was held, asked a friend in the front row to change seats and was greatly pleased. And at that time Yoshii also headed to the National Theater.

Traffic permits were attached to vehicles attending the event, and inscriptions of different colors and numbers were attached to the chests of attendees. However, Yoshii's vehicle did not have a pass, and there was no sign on his chest. Even though he wasn't invited, the only reason he headed to the National Theater was to assassinate former President Park Chung-hee.

With a trembling heart, he was ready to the last moment, pulling the pistol's ball in case.

Contrary to worries, however, his vehicle passed through the front door without any checks.

Yoshii, who was about to enter the building, handed a 10,000 won bill to the vehicle driver and asked, "When you arrive, get off and open the door."

At that time, 10,000 won was enough to buy a bag of rice.

In response, the driver opened the car door as he asked, and bowed down to greet him.

Meanwhile, Yoshii headed to the entrance of the building and told the bodyguards, "I am from the Japanese embassy" in Japanese.

The bodyguard, embarrassed by this, disembarked from the Ford 20M, the top-of-the-line car at the time, and was greeted by the driver, considered him to be a pretty tall man and allowed him to enter the building.

Upon entering the building, Yoshii waited for his target to arrive in the lobby of the building.

Then, a vehicle with a phoenix license plate came in.

It was the vehicle of former President Park Chung-hee.

He soon entered the lobby surrounded by bodyguards, and Yoshii raised his hand on the pistol's trigger and waited for the distance to narrow further.

And the moment he tried to take out his gun, he was stopped by the bodyguard.

Yoshii, who failed the operation, entered the memorial hall to carry out the second stage operation.

A live broadcast of the Liberation Day celebration, which attracted attention not only at home but also abroad.

Former President Park Jeong-hee, wearing a blue-grey suit, and Mrs. Yuk Young-soo, wearing an orange Hanbok, entered.

About ten minutes after the national anthem proposal was over and the presidential celebration began, suddenly a crackling sound came.

And soon someone screamed and sprinted to the stage, and this character was Yoshii.

Yoshii started shooting, and the scene became a mess.

The bodyguards hurried to the stage to protect the president, and the president hid behind the speech stand.

And one of the spectators walked on Yoshii's foot running down the aisle, and at this time the gunfire rang again.

The spectators and bodyguards struck Yoshii after the shooting, and the gunfire on the scene stopped.

And at this time, Ms. Young-Soo Yuk, who fell without motion, was caught, and the bodyguards who found it immediately transferred Ms. Young-Su Yuk to the hospital.

The moment Ms. Young-Soo Yuk was carried away, a scream came from the choir.

The victim of gunfire was also present in the choir.

And the unfortunate protagonist was Ms. Bonghwa.

Ms. Bonghwa was hurried to the hospital without singing the songs she practiced for a month, but eventually died.

This is a tragedy that might not have happened if the seat had not been changed, adding to the regret.

And all of these scenes were broadcast live on TV, and shortly after the two were shown, the event went on as scheduled and shocked.

At the time, Mrs. Young-Soo Yu's doctor said, "I was in a state of having a head-penetrating gunshot wound. I was in a state of shock, unconscious and only breathing."

Yoshii, the sniper in this case, was a 23-year-old Korean-Japanese citizen Moon Se-kwang.

At the time, the media reported that he attempted to assassinate Park Chung-hee under North Korean orders, but produced a wrong victim.

And this case has created a number of conspiracy theories because of the truth that is not clearly revealed.

One of them is the theory that the criminal was replaced.

Through analysis of the site photos and videos, suspicion was raised that the place where the gunshot sounded and the place where Moon Segwang was not matched.

Also, the words that Moon Se-gwang left just before the death penalty ignited the conspiracy theory.

At the time, he left the words, "You are going to execute me? Something is wrong. I'm a fool who was deceived by them."

In particular, even though there are five bullets loaded in Moon Sekwang's pistol and one bullet left in the pistol, the number of gunshots that resonated in the field is not the same, and controversy continues to this day.

The number of gunshots confirmed through the video was at least 6 and up to 7 shots.

If so, at least two to three shots were shot by other figures other than Moon Sekwang.

So who is the protagonist of the gunshot?

Finding the protagonist of gunshots is a matter of easy end when you find the bullets in the field.

However, in this case, the results of an interim investigation were announced before the inspection team was dispatched to the scene.

Before the police came to the case, the Central Intelligence Agency came first.

Right after the incident, Moon Se-gwang was investigated by the Central Intelligence Agency in Namsan.

And the day after the incident, an appraisal team came to the site to understand the site.

The first bullet marks found by the connoisseurs were found in the place where Moon Se-gwang was sitting.

The first thumping sound was heard right there.

It was speculated that Moon Se-gwang was misfired while taking a pistol from his waist.

The second bullet was found on the left side of the lectern, the third bullet was found on the left of the Korean flag, and the last bullet was found on the ceiling.

Among these bullets, none of the bullets that sniped Mrs. Yuk Young-soo and Bonghwa were found.

If so, now all you need to do is find the bullet.

Bullets that rotate rapidly when firing left different wire marks like human fingerprints.

Therefore, if only the bullets were found, it was possible to check whose bullets were.

But the connoisseurs couldn't find any bullets.

Before they arrived, they took all the bullets from the Blue House Security Office.

And they handed over the collected bullets to the Noodle Tree for investigation.

There were a total of four bullets handed over from the security office to the gukko tree, one of which was found in the seat next to the seat of Moon Sekwang, the other next to the lectern, and the third behind the Taegeukgi, and all three of these bullets belonged to Moon Sekwang.

And the last 4th bullet was found near Bonghwa's seat, which turned out to be not Moon's bullet.

However, at the time of the incident, the protagonist of this bullet was kept secret.

And the truth revealed 31 years after the incident was revealed that the bodyguard Choi shot Bonghwa.

Mr. Choi, who admitted this through'I want to know it', said, "Anyway, it was painful. I was confused and in a bad mood. I had to guard your sir, so I made one shot, but that one shot hit Bonghwa."

Bullets that are still lacking.

The investigation of the day confirmed the existence of another bullet.

The bullet, which was discovered on the fourth day of the incident, was found under the curtain on the northeast side of the stage, and it was revealed that it was not Moon Se-kwang's as a result of the Gugak Tree's appraisal.

A bullet that penetrated Ms. Yuk Young-soo, where a total of 5 bullets were found, but not found anywhere.

Then, this bullet couldn't be penetrated and couldn't it have been left in the body of Ms. Young-Soo Yuk?

At the time, the doctor in charge said, "The bullet completely penetrated the head. At least at the surgery site, I testified that there was no bullet," and said that the bullet that pierced Ms. Yuk Young-soo's head was not found.

And he found another bullet in some of the investigation records that were released 30 years later.

There was another bullet found at the scene of the incident, but it turned out that it was not handed over to the Noodle Tree.

According to the report, "While looking for a bullet with some of the Blue House bodyguards, he acquired a bullet from the backstage wall and gave it to the guards, but the statement of the guard who took the bullet was unknown and could not be retrieved." Became known.

The guards were in charge of both the careless evidence management and the lax expenses on the day of the incident.

And there was a reason for this.

A few days before the event, a call came from the Blue House Security Office and said, "If possible, let it in at the event. Don't be too stiff."

At the time, the security officer explained, "After the October Restoration, there has been a drop in calls to be alert and guarded. There was an instruction to make the distance between the President and the people not too strict."

After the launch of Yushin, he was asked to be flexible in the security guard in order to give a friendly image.

The vehicle that Moon Se-gwang came on on the day of the incident further deepened the suspicion.

The Ford 20M he was riding on was a car with a price tag at the time.

Also, rumors have circulated that this vehicle has a camouflage license plate because it was not even viewed.

In addition, suspicions were raised about his background as being lent by a high-ranking masterpiece.

The vehicle number in question is 1091. And the broadcast found the owner of this vehicle.

The vehicle that Moon Se-kwang drove was the real character, Sa-bok Kim, who became the main character of the movie'Taxi Driver' (the taxi driver who drove a German reporter to Gwangju).

And this car was actually a taxi for hotel customers, and it was surprising that it was revealed that it was his spare driver, not Kim Sa-bok, who took Moon Se-gwang to the National Theater at the time.

There were also various suspicions about Moon Se-kwang's background.

At that time, the investigation headquarters pointed to Cho Chongryon as his background.

It was thought that he was taken over by a North Korean agent and received an order as a member of the Cho Chongryon, a group of Koreans in Japan that supports North Korea.

In fact, Moon Se-kwang gave the same testimony.

However, the Japanese police could not find any evidence that Cho Chongryon was involved in the case, and Moon Se-gwang was found to belong to Mindan, a group of Koreans in Japan that supported South Korea, not Cho Chongryon.

Moon Se-kwang was born and raised in Ikaino, Osaka, Japan's worst slum town.

From one day, he was intelligent, and he began to be greatly skewed.

At that time, living in Japan as a Japanese compatriot was harsher than expected.

Through the sensation and discrimination, Moon Se-gwang gradually accumulated anger and resentment.

In the meantime, an incident that triggered him to become a terrorist occurred.

A year before the sniping incident, the KT kidnapping incident occurred in Japan, which drove the perception of Koreans in Japan to the worst.

The relationship between Korea and Japan was at its worst, and the lives of Koreans in Japan became even more miserable.

The persecution against Koreans in Japan intensified, and among compatriots in Japan, Kim Dae-jung rescue committee was organized, and Moon Se-kwang also worked in this group.

He and other members of the Rescue Committee put pressure on the South Korean government through threatening calls.

And in this process, his radical terrorist aspects emerged.

In the end, Moon Se-gwang decided to assassinate Park Jung-hee, saying, "I will be the hero of the rescue that brings the wind of revolution to my country."

He believed that if only the dictatorship was destroyed, everything would be solved.

And, in fact, he was also the person that the central government was watching closely.

The day before the sniping incident, the kidnapping of Kim Dae-jung said, "Korean diplomats are irrelevant and the criminal was not found."

This incident completely changed the relationship between Korea and Japan.

The Korean government demanded and pressured Japan for an investigation, saying that Chongryon was behind it, and the Japanese government was on the defensive.

The domestic public sentiment also exploded, saying, "Let's repay the enemies of Japan who killed her mother again," and held a condemnation contest in Japan every day, considering this incident as the second Eulmi Incident.

Anti-Japanese sentiment soared to its peak, and the government placed a stern that it would cut off diplomacy if Japan was not properly responsible, and the Japanese vice governor personally visited and apologized and promised to regulate the Chongryon.

And after that, the KT kidnapping and sniper cases all ended uninterruptedly.

On the morning of October 19, 1974, four months after the incident, Moon Se-gwang was convicted of six crimes, including murder for the purpose of civil war, violation of the National Security Law, and the Anti-Communist Law, and was executed three days later.

Moon Se-gwang, who stood at the gallows, left the last word, "You are killing me? Something is funny. Something is wrong."

And he sobbed a long time before the execution, and made a final statement.

In his final statement, Moon Se-kwang said, "I was an idiot. If I had been born in Korea, I would not have committed these crimes. Please tell President Park that you are sorry. Please tell the people that you are sorry. I will also pray for my luck to the underworld. I was an idiot who made this mistake by being deceived by them, so it is natural even if I was executed."

Various interpretations of those guys he pointed at at the time came up.

In some media, instead of saying that they are the ones, they marked it as Chongryon Jo, and some other people were suspicious of them, but the truth has not been revealed to this day.

After hearing the story of the day, Soo-jin Soo-jin said, "There is a fact, not a conspiracy. The invisible thing moves the visible thing."

In response, Jang Seong-gyu expressed regret for not actively trying to find the truth, leaving only suspicions, saying, "What would it be if I asked him who they were?"

In addition, Jang Hang-jun said, "The age of 23 is the age of not knowing anything, throwing everything away and falling into extreme choices," and said, "If I had any doubts about my beliefs, this incident would not have happened."
