A party meeting with 25 participants in a residential building in Berlin-Schöneberg has been dissolved by the police due to violations of corona regulations.

The participants neither kept the required minimum distance nor wore a mouth and nose cover, the police said on Wednesday.

On the question of which party the incident was on Tuesday evening, the police initially did not want to provide any information due to ongoing investigations.

The officers followed up on a clue in Bülowstrasse on Tuesday evening.

The event was dissolved after neither a hygiene concept nor a list of participants could be submitted.

Administrative offense proceedings were initiated against the participants.

In the past, a party was founded in Berlin by Corona opponents.

In mid-January, 28 people had gathered in a pub in Prenzlauer Berg - mostly without covering their mouth and nose and maintaining the minimum distance.
