The Tokyo Metropolitan Government announced that it has confirmed that 399 new people have been infected with the new coronavirus in Tokyo based on preliminary figures as of 3:00 pm on the 6th.
There are 35 more people than Tuesday a week ago.
This is the sixth consecutive day of increasing growth, surpassing the same day of the previous week.
