Emirates Today’s aid, through the “hotline” that received the beneficiaries ’complaints, studied their suffering, and published their stories in all credibility, during the past three months, amounted to 11 million 38,704 dirhams, provided through donors and charitable organizations, to alleviate the pain and suffering of 30 beneficiaries.

The "hotline" aid was distributed to 30 different nationalities, divided into five citizens and one of the nationalities of a Gulf state, 20 of the nationalities of Arab countries, three of the nationalities of Asian countries, and the last case of the nationality of an African country.

Ahmed Al-Muzahmi, head of the "Hotline" division in "Emirates Today", stated that "sick cases received the largest share of this aid, with a value of nine million and 484 thousand and 854 dirhams, distributed to 17 patients, followed by assistance to nine prisoners and prosecutors in financial cases." With a value of one million and 371 thousand dirhams, then the aid related to academic and university arrears came in third place, with a value of 166 thousand and 600 dirhams, distributed into nine cases, including assistance for seven cases as tuition arrears, at a value of 131 thousand and 600 dirhams, and two cases as arrears for university fees, at a value of 35 thousand dirhams. And finally, assisting one case as rent arrears, at an amount of 16,250 dirhams. ”

He added that the "hotline" aid last January amounted to eight million 186 thousand and 968 dirhams, distributed to 12 cases, while the aid last February amounted to one million and 250 thousand and 120 dirhams, distributed to 12 beneficiaries. Finally, last March, the aid amounted to one million and 601 dirhams. One thousand and 616 dirhams, divided into six humanitarian cases ».

He pointed out that the "hotline" received during the past three months nine million and 637 thousand and 23 dirhams from charitable and private institutions, to help seven sick and humanitarian cases, face difficult living conditions, and release insolvent prisoners, and the "hotline" also received aid amounting to one million and 401 thousand And 681 dirhams from donors, distributed among 23 humanitarian cases.

He continued: “Dubai Islamic Bank’s assistance through the (hotline) ranked first in assisting four humanitarian cases with two million 785 thousand and 23 dirhams, while Emirates Islamic Bank provided four million dirhams to help a sick case, and the Dubai International Financial Center provided one million dirhams to help one case, Wasl Real Estate Company also provided one million dirhams to help a sick case, after which the aid of the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai came in helping a case with 250,000 dirhams, and the Faraj Fund provided 552,000 dirhams to help one case, and the Beit Al-Khair Association aid came at 50 thousand dirhams.

He explained that “the aid provided to sick humanitarian cases in the past three months amounted to eight million 493 thousand and 386 dirhams at the Al Jalila Children's Specialty Hospital, distributed into two cases, and the assistance to six cases in Shakhbout Medical City amounted to 112 thousand and 820 dirhams, and a case assistance in the American Hospital in Dubai amounted to 546 One thousand dirhams, assistance to two cases in Tawam Hospital for 31 thousand and 948 dirhams, assistance to two cases in Dubai Hospital of 30 thousand dirhams, assistance to one case in Rashid Hospital of 7,000 dirhams, assistance to one case in Rak Private Hospital for 75 thousand and 700 dirhams, and assistance to one case in the Emirates Advanced Center for the Rehabilitation of Children In Abu Dhabi, with 173 thousand dirhams, and finally, a case aid in health care centers with 15 thousand dirhams.
