“On Thursday, April 1, we had a constructive dialogue with Roskomnadzor, during which we reaffirmed Twitter's zero tolerance policy on child sexual exploitation and stressed that promoting, glorifying or encouraging suicide and self-harm is against our rules,” he said. 

Also, the administration of the social network said that it does not allow the use of Twitter for any illegal actions or facilitating illegal actions. 

A spokesperson for the social network added that it was a "productive discussion."

Earlier, Roskomnadzor announced its decision to extend measures to slow down Twitter traffic until May 15.
