In detail, the police received a notification from the people about the opening of festivals singer Hassan Shakoush, "a coffee shop", without obtaining a license to do so, so the police forces moved to the headquarters of the place, and it was found that he violated the place and did not obtain licenses, and he violated the law by taking possession of the sidewalk and blocking the highway. Legal measures were taken against him, sealed with red wax, and the incident was referred to the Public Prosecution Office for investigation
Shakoush was arrested, accompanied by 2 singers, and he was interrogated at the Cairo Security Directorate for violating the precautionary measures ordered by the responsible agencies and the lack of sufficient licenses.
