China News Service, Taizhou, April 5 (Fan Yubin and Qu Yangfan) During the Ching Ming Festival, the Liberation Yijiangshan Island Martyrs Cemetery, located in Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, is solemn and solemn.

Groups of people climbed to the top of the Martyrs Mountain to pay homage to the revolutionary martyrs.

This year, Yang Chunhua, whose ancestral home is in Shandong, came here again to pay homage to the martyrs who slept here.

He traveled thousands of miles to fulfill his promise to his father.

"I took them out. I failed to take them back. Now there is no grave sweeper. Son, you must help these martyrs find their families." This is Yang Chunhua’s father, Yang Ligang 12 years ago. The entrustment.

Yang Ligang was a veteran of the Anti-Japanese War. After returning from the front line of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, he was ordered to recruit in Shandong. 52 young people from Binzhou, Shandong were drafted into the army and went to Zhejiang, and then participated in the liberation of Yijiangshan Island.

Although the war was victorious, 39 soldiers never returned to their homeland Binzhou, and the youngest was only 18 years old.

In 2009, Yang Ligang came to the Liberation Yijiangshan Island Martyrs Cemetery in Taizhou to pay a memorial service. He found that the soldiers he brought out had few relatives to visit the graves.

After asking about it, they knew that they could not find their family members.

This made Yang Ligang seem to have a big rock in his heart, crying in front of his son Yang Chunhua, and exhorted: "We must help the martyrs find their family members."

In the past 12 years, Yang Chunhua took a heavy list of martyrs and started a journey to find relatives for the martyrs.

So far, a total of 34 martyrs have found their families through the help of him and his friends.

During the Qingming Festival, in front of the tombstone of the martyr Zhang Shuming, his nephew Zhang Xingxue visited his uncle for the first time. He wiped the tombstone with his heart. He offered a few bouquets of flowers to pay homage to him.

Although I have never seen each other, the legends of the elders are especially in my ears; the love of blood is even more difficult to give up.

Looking for relatives and friends of the martyr Zhang Shuming can be described as twists and turns.

Yang Chunhua said that he had searched on a large scale in Shuyang County, but due to county adjustments, he has not been whereabouts.

Later, I heard that Fangshan Township once belonged to Shuyang County, so I contacted Zhang Shuming's nephew.

Recently, as a representative, a group of 5 people from the younger brother of the martyr Zhang Shuming came to pay their respects.

And his only daughter, who is too old to travel long distances, can only stay at home.

When she was 5 years old, she went to the army to see her dad. She only remembered that dad trained during the day and would come over at night to accompany her and hug her.

Who knows, this embrace turned out to be her only memory of her father.

Loyal bones are buried everywhere in the green hills.

Nowadays, flowers are placed in front of the tombstones of every martyr in the Liberation Yijiangshan Island Martyrs Cemetery. In addition to the descendants of martyrs who came from afar, many people spontaneously come to sacrifice these heroes.

The troops that had participated in the Battle of Yijiangshan Island have now changed their designations, but their concerns remain unchanged.

This year, the three soldiers of the 71897 unit brought the trust of their comrades to the Martyrs Mountain.

In fact, during the Qingming Festival, there are always soldiers, with the entrustment of the troops, not far away to pay for these heroes' senior comrades.

Zhou Ziming from Taizhou Luqiaolu North Primary School and his mother brought a large bouquet of flowers, one by one in front of the tomb of the martyrs.

The silver-haired couple from Henan, traveling through Jiaojiang, also came as a fellow villager to pay homage to the martyrs in Henan.

The troops, schools, enterprises...More and more people come to the Martyrs Cemetery spontaneously, hoping that the mountains and rivers will be safe and the years will be peaceful.
