A few days ago, Chengdu Customs seized two consecutive cases of smuggling new drug LSD hallucinogens (commonly known as "stamps") using international mail parcels. A total of 105 drug LSD hallucinogens were seized with a net weight of 2.2 grams.

  On March 26, Chengdu Customs seized 12 stamp-shaped pieces of paper concealed in a snack box from a postal package sent from overseas to Chengdu. The paper was identified as LSD hallucinogen, with a net weight of 0.23 grams. The anti-smuggling department of the customs seized it on the same day based on the delivery information. Three criminal suspects; on March 29, the customs seized another 93 LSD hallucinogens with a net weight of 1.97 grams from a postal packet sent to Chengdu by the same sender, and one criminal suspect was arrested.

  LSD hallucinogen, the main component of which is lysergic acid diethyl amide, is a semi-synthetic hallucinogen, colorless and odorless, easily absorbed by the human body, strong hallucinogenic and long lasting.

The criminals dipped the pre-printed paper into the LSD hallucinogen solution to make a finished product similar in size and color to traditional stamps. Therefore, this drug is also called a "stamp" and is often taken orally, 10 micrograms is enough. Can produce obvious sensations, hallucinations can occur at 50 to 200 micrograms.

  At present, 4 suspects have been detained under criminal detention and the case is under further investigation.
