After the Spring Festival in 2019, the defendant Chen Mouzhan repackaged the above software and renamed it "One Piece" in order to further expand the sales scale of the WeChat account. The defendant Wang produced the official download website, and the defendant Du Mouran produced advertising pictures and functions. After introducing the video, it was promoted, and Du Mouran, Liang Moulun, etc. were successively developed as agents for sales.

Defendants Chen Mouzhan, Liang Moulun and others used "One Piece" software to invade and control the computer system of Shenzhen Tencent Computer System Co., Ltd., log in to others' WeChat accounts in batches, and conduct tests, password changes, real-name authentication, etc. Operate, illegally obtain WeChat account data, and sell the WeChat account processed by the "One Piece" software to others for profit.
After judicial audit, the defendant Chen had sold a total of 2,284 "One Piece" series of software, with a total sales amount of RMB 456,905 and a profit of RMB 427,940. The other 14 defendants also made various profits through the sale of "One Piece" series of software.
The Nansha Court held that based on the facts and evidence found during the trial, the defendants Chen Mouzhan, Liang Moulun and others ignored national laws, violated national regulations, and provided programs and tools specially used to invade and illegally control computer information systems.
