For a long time, the chairman of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia Mikhail Shmakov was not heard in the public field.

One could already think that our working people either simply ceased to exist as a class, or lives so happily that there are no reasons and reasons to defend their interests.

However, at the recent ceremony of signing a general agreement between the all-Russian associations of trade unions, employers and the government for 2021-2023, Mikhail Viktorovich raised a very sensitive and topical issue.

Namely - on the preservation of employment in those private enterprises that declare their bankruptcy.

Moreover, he proposed to save jobs in a radical way - with the help of nationalization.

The President cautiously supported him and developed the idea.

“Such a tool can be used, including in the event of malicious failure to fulfill the state defense order by individual enterprises,” said Vladimir Vladimirovich.

Oh, how capacious and euphonious this word, this concept: STATE-DEFENSE-ORDER!

Getting inside it automatically means for any large entrepreneur the most attractive, most cherished, the most promising, the most guaranteed profitable business.

Today there is nothing sweeter in the modern Russian so-called capitalism of regular receipt of funding from the state in the form of orders.

And at the same time there is nothing more reliable and unshakable than working for the "defense industry".

And it is right!

After all, among other things, the attitude of the world towards our country depends on military power.

It is she who allows the state to feel calm and independent.

Therefore, all this is projected on those who are at the helm of defense enterprises.

But…

In addition to the largest military-industrial complex concerns, a huge number of private enterprises operate in the defense industry.

Specific figures are closed, but their number definitely exceeds 50%.

At the same time, almost 90% of large or largest companies in the country are controlled by owners from offshore jurisdictions.

By the way, the percentage of this form of management from offshore large enterprises in Europe is 4%, and in the United States - even 2%.

Therefore, all the talk that, they say, "there" the entire state defense order is being carried out by private traders, is in favor of the poor.

Private trader private trader strife.

The education of my generation did not do without the foundations of Marxism-Leninism and political economy.

In modern times, we diligently tried to erase from memory these, as it seemed to us, burdensome objects.

But in vain!

One can argue with the conclusions of the classics, but they conducted an excellent analysis.

Without going into details, today's capitalism in Russia is at a stage when property is being distributed exclusively in favor of entrepreneurs.

And for their own benefit, they save on everything.

That is why any "optimization" of production leads to sometimes senseless job cuts, equipment is worn out, new expensive technologies are ignored, money is taken offshore.

Now imagine how to work with this approach for the welfare of the country, and even more so to fulfill the state defense order.

Nationalization, that is, the transfer of enterprises of the military-industrial complex that do not cope with their obligations into the ownership of the state, is becoming especially important today because modern management technologies cannot do without IT-technologies.

And almost all of them are brought in and controlled from abroad.

Take the so-called SAPs.

SAP, SAB - as soon as they do not reduce it, but the essence is the same - it is an automated system that offers a set of solutions for building a common information space on the basis of an enterprise and effective planning of resources and work processes.

She manages accounting, manufacturing, finance, personnel, warehouses, trade.

Works in almost all major industries.

Made in Germany, assembled by German specialists, available to them at any time.

And this is wrong!

In general, the greater the state order, the more important and strategically necessary it is to strengthen the country, the more state there should be in it.

After all, it is not for nothing that the president focused primarily on the possibility of nationalizing enterprises that do not fulfill their obligations under the state defense order.
