Zhang Congshun, male, a member of the Communist Party of China, was born in February 1949. He was the director of the Junnong Police Station of the Zhenkang County Public Security Bureau in Lincang City.
In September 1994, during the investigation of a transnational drug trafficking case, he bravely fought against drug dealers. When the drug dealers violently resisted and detonated a grenade, he sacrificed heroically to protect his comrades. Zhang Ziquan, male, a member of the Communist Party of China, was born in June 1984. He was a police officer in the Narcotics Detachment of Lincang Public Security Bureau and the son of Zhang Congshun.
