The Minister of Culture, Roselyne Bachelot, left the hospital where she had been admitted for complications related to Covid-19, we learned this Thursday from those around her.

"She is out of the hospital, she is entering a period of convalescence," this source told AFP.

The 74-year-old minister tested positive on March 20 “as a result of respiratory symptoms”, before her entourage announced her hospitalization on Wednesday 24.

Primo-vaccinated

The next day, Roselyne Bachelot announced on her Twitter account that she was undergoing "enhanced oxygen therapy" treatment.

Former Minister of Health, Roselyne Bachelot had received a first dose of vaccine on March 17, three days before being tested positive.

Another minister, that of Labor, Elisabeth Borne, 59, was also hospitalized for a few days until March 24.
