　　The notice pointed out that in order to protect the life, health and safety of the people of all ethnic groups in the city, in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, the Ruili Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters decided to carry out nucleic acid testing for all urban residents.

The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

　　1. Starting from 8 o'clock on March 31, 2021, a comprehensive nucleic acid test for the new crown pneumonia epidemic of all employees in the urban area will be conducted to ensure that no one is missed.

The cost of testing shall be borne by the government.

　　2. All residents in the urban area shall be quarantined at home for one week, and they are not allowed to go out without special reasons.
