He said that in a number of other regions, on the contrary, a deficit of precipitation is expected in April.

“In the south of European Russia, the very south of the Central Federal District, the Southern Federal District, Krasnodar Territory, Stavropol Territory, the Lower Volga, a deficit of precipitation is predicted here.

Deficiency of precipitation is predicted in the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and in the southernmost regions of the Asian part of the country: these are Tuva and Transbaikalia, ”added the forecaster.

Earlier, Vilfand warned about frosts in the European part of Russia over the weekend.
