On March 30, the exhibition of representative projects of intangible cultural heritage in Lhasa, Tibet (hereinafter referred to as: intangible cultural heritage projects) opened at the Tibet Yak Museum.

The production skills of intangible cultural heritage items such as Tibetan paper, wood carvings, leather goods, Tibetan opera costumes, etc. were once again concentrated on display, attracting many visitors.

The protection of intangible cultural heritage in Lhasa began in 2005, and in the past 16 years, a national and four-level intangible cultural heritage project directory system has been gradually formed.

Up to now, the city has 167 intangible cultural heritage projects above the county level and 221 non-genetic inheritors above the county level.

The intangible cultural heritage projects cover ten categories of traditional skills, dance, music, drama, fine arts, folklore, sports, medicine, etc., and the "family status" of the city's intangible cultural heritage projects is basically understood.
