Philippine President Duterte (first from left) and Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian (first from right) went to the airport to greet and attend the vaccine handover ceremony.
Duterte expressed his sincere thanks to the Chinese government for assisting the Philippines in purchasing Coxing vaccine.
