  It is understood that from October 10, 2020 to March 25, 2021, the public security organs of Taiyuan City have uncovered 23 cases of assisting information network criminal activities, destroyed 8 criminal gangs, and arrested 203 criminal suspects, of which criminal coercion was adopted. Measures 113 persons, 1 person was punished by public security, 89 persons were criticized and educated, and illegal "two cards" were used to provide funds and communication tools for telecommunications and cyber crimes.

  At the same time, 71 letters of responsibility were signed, uniting with the People’s Bank of China Taiyuan Central Branch, Shanxi Provincial Communications Administration, Taiyuan’s banking financial institutions, and the three major operators to publicly punish 885 persons who exposed illegal acts.
