at the time, got me genuinely interested in the Marvel brand,
Falcon and the Winter Soldier
has gotten that interest into what the Marvel superhero universe REALLY is
: hosts, explosions, action crazy and, as Fabio McMamara would say, a lot of rhinestones.
The adult exploration of characters, something that in
Scarlet Witch and Vision
is done with both care and conciseness, is not what marvels are about, as much as
some want to see depth where all there is is intensity and cheap solemnity.
Thor with a frown is not depth;
Chris Evans calling into battle, either.
That my reference of cinematographic superhero is
Christopher Nolan's Batman,
I know that it does not say anything good about me and it also contradicts what I just defended just before this sentence, but what do coherence and arguments matter when
here we have come to is to have fun
.
That, pure fun,
Falcon and the Winter Soldier
gives us more than enough.
Good action and, above all, very well executed
, there are in the two episodes that we have seen of the new Marvel series for Disney +.
For me as if the characters do not speak.
In fact,
do not make me remember all the things that Anthony Mackie (Falcon) and Sebastian Stan (Bucky Barnes, winter soldier) have

She, the director of all the episodes, is the true star
of this new superhero series.
Also the most colorful (see: very expensive) production.
The first scene of the series is
so spectacular and surgically well edited
that one forgets that it involves a man with mechanical wings, somewhat childish - and ridiculous - by definition.
If
the
Scarlet Witch and Vision
was his Marvel-ísimo end of the
season (and series, that is) the least he convinced me
in
Falcon and the Winter Soldier
is an initial similar scene, which won me over
.
And another similar one, in the second episode, the one that confirms to me that of this new Marvel-thing I
may not remember the conflicts of the characters
, their traumas or even their hairstyles, but their acrobatics do.
And its explosions.
I have a friend who calls Marvel superheroes
like Fabio McNamara those two protagonists
(with a lot of rhinestones) of one of his most mythical songs: Ultraceñidas.
Because the decision to take people with tights seriously is yours and you must respect those who do not.
You must understand that there are people who say things like
"what happened this week's episode of the ultra-tight and the autumn-winter soldier".
