According to the Hunan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, Bao Changlin, head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Hunan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection in the Provincial Audit Department, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection.

  Resume of Bao Changlin

  Bao Changlin, male, Han nationality, was born in June 1963 in Cili, Hunan. He started working in July 1981 and joined the Communist Party of China in September 1988.

  From July 2000 to July 2002, served as deputy county-level discipline inspector and supervisor of the Changsha Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection;

  From July 2002 to February 2013, he served successively as Deputy Divisional Discipline Inspector and Supervisor of the Investigation and Regulation Office of Hunan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, Deputy Director of the Investigation and Regulation Office, Deputy Director of the Party Style and Clean Government Building Office, Deputy Director of the General Office, and Deputy Secretary-General;

  From December 2013 to February 2019, he served successively as member of the Standing Committee of the Hengyang Municipal Party Committee, secretary of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, member of the Standing Committee of the Hengyang Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Director of the Municipal Supervisory Commission;

  Since February 2019, he has served as the leader of the discipline inspection and supervision group of the Hunan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection in the Provincial Audit Department and a member of the Party Group of the Provincial Audit Department.
