At the beginning of March, ten German chefs were awarded three stars by the “Michelin Guide” - the accolade of restaurant reviews.

We talked to them about the most important issues of good food and proper nutrition.

“I don't cook vegan. Keith Richards wouldn't remove two strings from his guitar and only play with a drumstick. If vegetarians want to eat with me, they'll be happy to. We make fantastic dishes for them, but that doesn't change my cooking. Allergy sufferers, however, are a very special species.
