The Islas Marietas National Park, in the Mexican Pacific, probably hides what is the most exclusive beach in the world: it is hidden within a rock formation of natural origin and it is only possible to access it by swimming after going through a tunnel.

Known as Playa Escondida and Playa del Amor, from now on this beach can be visited comfortably from home on a

virtual tour

that runs through the Marietas Islands, one of the great wonders of the Riviera Nayarit, a reference destination for luxury and nature in

Mexico.

The archipelago where the beach is located is made up of two small islands and two islets of volcanic origin to the southeast of the

Riviera Nayarit.

Getting there is not easy.

You have to do it by swimming through a

volcanic stone arch,

which measures approximately 20 meters in length, with only 1.8 meters of space between the water and the rock, and that can only be crossed during periods of low tide.

As a protected area, the beach can only be visited by a total of 117 people a day and the maximum time allowed on its white sand is about

20 minutes.

But this is not a problem if we want to visit it virtually.

During the

tour,

the user will be able to visit, in addition to the spectacular Playa del Amor, other very attractive points of the Marieras Islands such as La Nopalera beach, Puente de Piedra, El León, Los Morros and La Cueva de Mictlán, in addition to observing the fauna and flora of the islands.
