Late on the night of the 28th, a fire broke out in a room in a condominium in Yokohama, and two people were rescued, but both died.

Around 11:30 pm on the 28th, the fire department was notified that a fire was coming out of a 6-story condominium in Hazawaminami, Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama.



According to the fire department, 36 fire trucks and other vehicles went out to extinguish the fire, and the fire was almost extinguished about an hour later, but a room on the 4th floor, which is believed to be the source of the fire, was completely destroyed.



According to police and fire departments, the fire rescued two people from a room believed to be the source of the fire, one was confirmed dead on the spot and the other died at the hospital to which they were transported.



Police are checking the identities of the two and investigating the cause of the fire and fire.
