According to reports, upon receiving a letter from the People’s Government of Dali Prefecture at 7 o’clock on the 28th, the Dali Prefecture Forest Fire Fighting Detachment immediately initiated a fire fighting emergency plan. The detachment leader Ji Xinyang and the political commissar Guo Haifeng led the authorities to point forward. A total of 145 officers and soldiers from Yongping Squadron and Yangbi Squadron rushed to the front line of the fire.
