The Summer Olympics came out long-suffering.

And this despite the fact that it is not evening yet.

The games, originally scheduled for the summer of a leap year, were postponed after difficult and painful deliberations.

In the summer of 2020, the pandemic was already raging with might and main - it is still raging.

In such conditions, both the training of athletes, and the organization of their arrival with all the service staff to Japan (and then departure), and the organization of the competition itself did not seem possible.

It was all the more difficult to talk about the commercial side of the event - a huge gathering of guests from all over the world who needed to be accommodated somewhere and somehow entertained.

International air traffic was practically paralyzed.

Therefore, although the decision was not easy and it was not made immediately, the Japanese side decided to postpone the games to 2021, hoping that everything will change, there will be flour.

Social disaster cannot last forever.

But it turned out that it can.

The return to peacetime, judging by reports from all over the world, occurs according to the principle "There is no beer, and no one knows when."

All forecasts are uncertain.

The ill-fated hosts of the Olympics faced a problem.

Either to postpone the games again until what time is known.

Whether all the same to carry them out on time, albeit with all sorts of restrictions.

Without foreign guests and volunteers, with a low level of official participation (which is very serious for a people so committed to etiquette and ceremonies like the Japanese), etc.

So far, the second option has been chosen.

Although anything can happen until July.

In the meantime, among the Japanese, as well as among the French, Chinese, Koreans, and Americans, the number of those inclined to either postpone the games in Tokyo or cancel them altogether, according to polls, is 70% or more.

For the Russians, whom WADA and international sports arbitration want to roughly teach a lesson by spending under the yoke, there is no big trouble in the unimportant prospects of the Tokyo Games.

In any case, little good awaits Russia for them.

And if the games are held with a minimum of solemnity or even canceled altogether, Russia is ready to come to terms with this misfortune in advance.

Since the full-fledged offense prepared for her by the Anglo-Saxons from WADA - "all people are like people, and I am like hell on a platter" - in any case will not take place: the plague will interfere.

However, if the Tokyo Games are no longer painful and interesting - a testicle for Christ's day is dear, and here the day has passed irreversibly long ago - then everything is just beginning with the 2022 Winter Olympics.

For the nature of the Anglo-Saxon sanctions - no matter what sphere they relate to, be it economic, even military, even visa, even sports - is such that, once adopted, they will always be in effect.

Already there is doping or not doping, but they will always come up with something.

But then the ten months that separate us from the Beijing Games will be filled with all kinds of contradictions.

The right to host games is generally like an Ausweiss of trustworthiness, and the pale-faced brothers back in 2008 regretted that they had given such an Ausweis to the Chinese, who did not deserve it.

The run-up to the 2008 Beijing Games was even then - even to Hong Kong.

One can imagine what will happen now when China is numbered among the villains not only by the Americans, but also by the European Union.

Tibet and Hong Kong will sound from every iron.

Which will accordingly affect the behavior of the Chinese.

Since holding the 2022 Games is a matter of honor for them, they will defend this right by all means of diplomacy.

Accordingly, since one's shirt is closer to the body, the Chinese comrades will not intercede for Russian athletes, for whom, undoubtedly, our partners will prepare a lot of good things for Beijing.

Simply because the hugs between the Russian and Chinese leaders are hugs, but even with all the will, it is impossible to keep the defense on all fronts.

And if the Chinese defend their games, the Russians will pay for it again.

Which is generally quite unpleasant, but taking into account the fact that in winter sports our chances are preferable, this is doubly unpleasant, because generalized Rodchenko-McLaren will rush at ours like greyhounds.

This is understandable - “Imagine that the border line is following you,” but when it comes, for example, girls from figure skating, it will be hard.

By the will of heaven, we actually somehow passed the Summer Olympics, but the partners will be all the more angry at the upcoming winter games.

Moreover, their anger will be far from sporting.
