Drawing parallels to the Relotius counterfeiting scandal at the "Spiegel" is reflexive, but it is permissible. While the reporter actor Relotius moved in a lot of countries and occupied himself with different things that didn't seem to mean much to him in and of themselves. A concern that Lehrenkrauss claims for itself will probably not be found at Relotius - apart from the possibly compulsive need to tell a very believable story that is more real than real life.
