Mobile rescuers are specialists who save lives at the forefront in the event of a marine accident, and coast guard officers need to receive specialized training and training in order to be active in the field in earnest.

On the 24th, at Ishigaki Air Base in Ishigaki City, Shota Kisanuki (30), a coast guard officer belonging to the 11th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters, was given a uniform "orange clothes" that is considered to be a proof of becoming a full-fledged person. A loan ceremony was held to hand over.
