The number of Covid-19 patients treated in intensive care units continues to climb, with more than 4,500 patients, according to figures from Public Health France published on Monday evening.

Nationally, the intensive care units, which treat patients with the most severe forms of the disease, have 4,548 patients.

This is 329 more than a week ago.
