Portia de Rossi is doing "well" after having emergency surgery for appendicitis.
The star of

was indeed hospitalized Friday evening and operated in the weekend after having felt severe pain.
“Ellen (DeGeneres) took Portia to the hospital on Friday night, she was in a lot of pain.
It was appendicitis and she had an operation.
