[Explanation] On March 20, the Sanxingdui site, which "sleeps for three thousand years, wakes up the world", showed the world its new major archaeological discoveries-more than 500 important cultural relics have been unearthed from six Sanxingdui cultural "sacrifice pits".

In the afternoon of the same day, a reporter from China News Agency was approved to walk into the archaeological excavation site of Sanxingdui site to explore the story behind the mysterious golden mask and the excavation of silk traces more than 3,000 years ago.

Walking into the white archaeological greenhouse of the Sanxingdui site, the first thing you see is a number of transparent archaeological cabins filled with various advanced instruments. Archaeologists in white protective suits are busy.

Next to the archaeological cabin, the emergency detection and analysis laboratory, the emergency protection room for micro-marks and other laboratories are neatly arranged, just like the scenes in a science fiction movie, which is very different from people's inherent impression of "field archaeology will be exposed to the sun and rain".

In the No. 3 "sacrifice pit" archaeological cabin covered with ivory and bronzes, archaeologists are lying on the operating platform, carefully covering the unearthed cultural relics in the pit with protective film to prevent them from being damaged due to insufficient humidity. Oxidation.

In the process of our excavation, we can also say that it is the first time in China that it is like a laboratory archaeological method. Its technology and concept are forwarded to our archaeological site, the archaeological site in the wild.

Our work has always been relatively (in place). The archaeological work of pits 3 to 8 has also been done next to this laboratory archaeological concept, which makes our archaeological work more refined, precise, and standardized.

[Explanation] Xie Zhenbin introduced that currently 34 top scientific research units in China have invested in the excavation of the "sacrifice pit" in Sanxingdui, jointly carrying out 10 scientific and technological archaeology and 8 cultural relic protection research.

In his view, moving the laboratory to the field, cooperating with experts in multiple fields, and "black technology" to help find the mystery of ancient Shu, is the biggest feature of this round of excavation of the "sacrifice pit" at Sanxingdui site.

Our entire excavation area, an archaeological emergency protection platform, is a collection of multiple technologies such as archaeological excavation of cultural relics, cultural relics recognition, information technology, environmental monitoring, environmental regulation and so on. So far we have also applied for a number of patents.

[Explanation] Xie Zhenbin said that the excavation site has also introduced a multi-functional archaeological operation platform, which can not only carry people to hover to clean up fragile cultural relics, but also load cultural relics out of the pit; it can perform hyperspectral analysis and three-dimensional scanning and other information collection work. .

In our archaeological discoveries, for example, after we came out of the gray matter layer of pit 4, we used a variety of spectroscopy techniques, such as hyperspectral multispectral. The spectroscopy technology was in the gray matter layer of pit 4. Are there any inclusions in it? A more comprehensive observation was made on the stratification.
