On the 21st, the reporter learned from the Public Transportation Public Security Branch of the Public Security Bureau of Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, that after nearly 40 hours of continuous investigation, the suspect was arrested and brought to justice.

  At about 17:00 on March 15, the taxi driver Wang called the police that he was robbed with knives and guns while carrying a passenger.

  It is understood that at about 5 o'clock that day, when Wang drove a taxi to pull guests at the east gate of the Xincheng District Affiliated Hospital, the suspect got into the car and robbed him and directed him to follow the required route.

While the vehicle was driving, the suspect pulled out Wang's mobile phone card to prevent the police, and stabbed him with a knife in his leg, threatening to ask for money violently, causing Wang's hand to be injured while defending.

  When the vehicle drove to a supermarket near a community in Hongshan District, the suspect hijacked Wang into the supermarket to buy cigarettes.

After exiting the supermarket, the suspect entered the car before Wang. Wang took the opportunity to call for help. The suspect dropped the knives used in the crime and fled in the car. During the escape, he threatened Wang not to chase him with a suspected gun.

  After receiving the alarm, the police immediately launched an investigation and sent the knives to the relevant departments for testing. At the same time, they collected surveillance videos around the crime scene to obtain the suspect's physical characteristics, and analyze the suspect's foothold and escape route.

  After work, the task force quickly successfully locked the suspect Shen and his temporary residence address, and organized the police to arrest them, but the suspect did not return to the rental housing after committing the crime.

The task force squatted for more than 20 hours. At 10 o'clock on March 17th, the suspect who was packing up his belongings was captured, and Gao, who was harbouring the suspect, was captured, and the suspected guns were recovered and sent to relevant departments for identification.

  Currently, the case is still being processed.
