As the cold air continued to move eastward and southward, the rain and snow weather in the northeast region increased yesterday, and large-scale precipitation also appeared in the south.
Monitoring shows that yesterday, snow (rain) or sleet occurred in central and eastern Inner Mongolia, central and eastern Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and eastern Tibet, and northern Sichuan plateau, and parts of eastern Heilongjiang and Yanbian in Jilin, Linzhi in Tibet, and Aba in Sichuan. The precipitation is 10-21 mm; Zhejiang, northwestern Jiangxi, northeastern Hunan, eastern Sichuan Basin and other places have moderate rain and local heavy rain.

The temperature can reach above 10℃ locally.
