[Explanation] A small commercial helicopter crashed into the sea in the eastern sea off Xiamen Island at about 16:40 on March 19. There were 4 people on board, 2 crew members and 2 passengers. 3 remains have been found.

　　[Explanation] On the same day, a reporter from China News Agency rushed to the scene of the incident and saw that the seaside where the incident occurred was thick with fog and low visibility.

The emergency, public security, maritime and fire departments of Xiamen City are organizing relevant rescue forces to conduct emergency search and rescue at the scene.

　　[Explanation] Wang Xiaoqing, who had just arrived in Xiamen from Henan, witnessed the entire crash. He told a reporter from China News Agency that he heard the sound of a helicopter overhead while walking on the beach. It didn’t take long to see the helicopter crashing into the sea. The incident was only a hundred meters away from Wang Xiaoqing, recalling the scene at that time is still in shock.

　　[Commentary] After witnessing the helicopter crashing into the sea, Wang Xiaoqing called his lover the first time, and then stayed at the scene for more than 4 hours and could not be calm for a long time.

Yanzi, a waiter at a food stall near the incident, told reporters that the food stall was facing the sea. At the time of the incident, she was sitting in a restaurant and eating in front of the sea. After hearing a loud noise, she saw the sea stir up. Made a very high splash.

　　[Explanation] In the past, we often saw sightseeing helicopters flying over the hotel. Yanzi couldn't believe that something like this happened next to her. In panic, she felt very sorry.

　　[Explanation] It was near midnight that night, and light rain began to fall on the scene. After diving rescuers used ginger water to keep out the cold, they continued to carry out another search and rescue work.

The cause of the helicopter crash is currently under further investigation.
