Matthew McConaughey will participate following the 1996 film,
The Right to Kill

A Time to Kill
).
It will be a miniseries produced by HBO and adapted from the novel by John Grisham
A Time for Mercy
which, published last year, follows two previous volumes devoted to the character of lawyer Jake Brigance.
And it is precisely the role of Jake Brigance that the actor played in the feature film alongside Samuel L. Jackson and Sandra Bullock.
He will therefore resume the defender costume in this sequel as revealed by

A Time for Mercy
