The Livre Paris fair (formerly called the "Paris Book Fair"), which was supposed to be held in March and had been postponed to May, is canceled for the second year in a row, the National Publishing Union announced on Thursday, due to of the health crisis.

"Faced with the uncertainties of the coming months, and given the health measures in force which do not allow to organize a public event of this magnitude under satisfactory conditions, the National Publishing Union (SNE), in agreement with Reed Expositions France, regrets to announce the cancellation of the 2021 edition of Livre Paris, ”said this employers' organization in a press release.
