At present, Beijing has begun to issue the "Notice on the Supervision and Management of Professional and Technical Vocational Qualification Training Institutions" to professional and technical vocational qualification training institutions, clarifying the "negative list" of basic training norms, which mainly include nine categories:
The first is to publish false advertisements and exaggerate the effects of training, such as guaranteeing the passing of examinations, guaranteeing to obtain vocational qualification certificates, and vocational qualification certificates;

The Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has made it clear that the district human resources and social security bureaus are responsible for the daily supervision of specialized vocational qualification training institutions in their administrative areas, and implement the "notice and commitment system" for these training institutions.
Training institutions should conduct self-examination and rectification against the "negative list", and relevant departments will supervise and inspect the situation of self-examination and rectification.
It is reported that this special rectification action will last from March to the end of this year.
