The organization Amnesty International publishes a report carried out in 35 countries on the management of the coronavirus crisis, in penitentiary establishments.

It emerges that "detainees all over the world have been ignored" because of unsuccessful health measures.

The NGO also denounces an excess of control which has led to "serious violations of human rights".
