This is called gaining on the surface.

After the first confinement, a little less than a year ago, Aurélie and Rod have changed their lives.

Goodbye their apartment in Saint-Malo, they invested their budget of 50,000 euros in Le Bocage, an agricultural college abandoned since the 1990s in Saint-Georges-de-Reintembault, a small town of Ille-et-Vilaine .

Result: their living space has increased from 45 to 1,800 m2.

Not to mention the outdoor courtyard, estimated at 3,200 m2.

The former physics and chemistry room transformed into a kitchen, the former boarding school hosting street art exhibitions, a concert hall ... The couple are teeming with ideas for their new accommodation, without putting pressure on themselves in terms of timing for the end of the works, as he explains to our partner, Brut, in video.

And advice to amateurs (more to professionals, by the way): Aurélie and Rod are looking for a good plumber for their work.
