Panasonic and Sharp, a major electronics manufacturer headquartered in Osaka, have decided to conclude by raising the wage equivalent to a base increase to 1000 yen per month in this spring battle.

Of these, Panasonic concluded in the labor-management negotiations held on the 17th that the wage increase equivalent to the base increase would be 1000 yen per month.

This includes raising wage levels as well as raising defined contribution pension contributions.

This is the 8th consecutive year of base-up.

The union was demanding a monthly base increase of 2,000 yen, but due to the impact of the new Corona, it is difficult to predict the future of business results, so the amount of the agreement has been halved.

In addition, Sharp is expected to conclude labor and management by raising the wage, which is equivalent to raising the base, to 1000 yen per month.

Wage levels have improved for the fourth consecutive year.

In addition, Sharp has decided to raise the starting salary of university graduates who will join the company next month by 3,000 yen per month, which is twice the amount requested by the union, in order to lead to the acquisition of human resources.
