Jon Henrik Fjällgren re-saddles - becomes a politician

The artist and reindeer herder Jon Henrik Fjällgren has performed at the Melodifestivalen three times, and reached the final twice.

Now he is running for the Sami Parliamentary election, for the Sami party, Sameradion and SVT Sápmi report.

According to the party presentation on social media, he wants to promote gender equality.

The election will take place on 16 May.
