Johnson & Johnson's anti-Covid vaccine is recommended even in countries where the more contagious coronavirus variants circulate, experts from the World Health Organization (WHO) said on Wednesday.

"In countries where the spread of variants is high and in countries where we now have information on the use of this vaccine to control SARS-Cov-2 caused by these variants, we recommend that you use it" , said Alejandro Cravioto, chairman of the WHO expert group on vaccination, gathered to judge the efficacy and safety of the serum developed by the US pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson.
