Following the decision of the British Supreme Court, the American giant Uber, symbol of precarious jobs, will now have to grant the status of salaried workers to its drivers.

This decision guarantees them a minimum wage (8.72 pounds an hour) and paid holidays.

If this is a world first, we must however remain vigilant because according to British law, which distinguishes between two types of status, they will not benefit from an employment contract as is understood in France.
