　　Compared with the process from the 14th to the 16th, the gale and temperature range in this process is wider, which will affect most of the central and eastern regions; Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang and other places have stronger rain and snow weather; sand and dust weather mainly affects the northwestern region.

　　It is expected that the temperature in the central and eastern regions will generally drop by 4 to 8°C from the 19th to the 21st. Among them, the central and western parts of Inner Mongolia, Guizhou, northern Guangxi, northern Guangdong, southern Hunan, southern Jiangxi, and western Fujian will drop by more than 10°C. ; Northerly winds of magnitude 4 to 6 have occurred in the areas north of the Yangtze River, the west of the Yangtze River, and the west of South China, and gusts of magnitude 7 to 9 in Northwest China, North China, and Huanghuai.

　　It is estimated that there will be light to moderate snow or sleet in most of Gansu, Ningxia, northern Shaanxi, central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northwestern Shanxi, northern Hebei, northern Beijing, Jilin, and Heilongjiang from 19th to 21st; central and eastern Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, etc. There are heavy snowfalls and local blizzards in some areas, and the main snowfall period is from the 19th to the 20th.

There were light to moderate rains in the southeastern part of Northwest China, central and southern North China, western Huanghuai, Jianghan and most of the south, and heavy rain in parts of Chongqing, southern Hubei, northern Hunan, southern Anhui, northwestern Jiangxi, and central and northern Zhejiang. Heavy rain on the ground, the main rainfall period is the 19th.
