On March 14, a forest fire broke out near Sanqiutian at the junction of Ciba Street and Longquan Street, Panlong District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province.
After the fire broke out, the Yunnan Forest and Grassland Fire Fighting Headquarters urgently deployed, and 249 officers and soldiers from the Kunming Forest Fire Fighting Detachment rushed to the scene for disposal.
At 8:30 on the 15th, with the fighting team fighting day and night, the open flames were extinguished across the board, and the team is currently spreading across the board to clean up scattered smoke spots.
The fire area in Panlong District was about 68 hectares, and a total of 820 people were put out to fight the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
