Four people were arrested in the investigation into the assault of a 16-year-old high school student who had received several stab wounds in November in Avrillé (Maine-et-Loire), the Angers prosecutor said on Tuesday. Eric Bouillard.
"The people were arrested this morning and have a link with the events that occurred in November, which seem to be part of an antagonism between groups of young people," Eric Bouillard told AFP.

"The custody of these four people is extended until tomorrow," he added, adding that three of the four arrests had taken place in Angers.
On November 13, in Avrillé, a town adjacent to Angers, a car had stopped in front of the high school student, then individuals had gone out and had hit and wounded the young man with a knife before fleeing.
The Angers judicial police were seized of the investigation.
