In the ruling, Judge Takao Furuta of the Tokyo District Court said, "Reading the content of the article normally gives the impression that NHK and the director were involved in the arson case and destroyed the evidence. NHK has also filed a lawsuit seeking compensation for the blog posters quoted by the summary site.
